F.H. & Sons has been in business for 30 years. We have been ISO 9001:2000 certified since May 2000. We manufacture plastisol silk screen inks and plastisols for metal coating and moulding applications. We make plastisol for such diverse applications as; oil filters, air filters, boat and dock bumpers, wire coating, tool handles, toys, hockey balls, vinyl signs, conveyor belts, anti-skid coatings, medical devices, armrests, headrests and carpet backing. We also have a fully equipped welding shop where we weld custom aluminum frames for the silk screen, and electronics industries.
A growing business for us is manufacturing pigment concentrate pastes for the plastics industry. We supply stock colours as well as made to order shades.
Tolling
We have 3-roll-mills, hi-speed dispersers, media mills, and ribbon blenders as well as computer colour matching equipment to manufacture many products on a toll basis. We have explosion proof rooms, as well as cold and hot rooms for reactive batches. We have tolled for such companies as BASF and Canadian General Tower.
Distribution
We distribute mainly to the screen printing industry. Our largest principal is M & R Screen Printing equipment. In fact we have a showroom dedicated to M & R equipment. Our other principals include:
